The main advantages of the auger mixers in the Royal de Boer range are their large capacity, robust construction and long service life. The stainless steel mixer tube is oil-filled and is fitted with a ceramic sliding ring seal that is highly wear-resistant. This makes the manure mixer, apart from regular cleaning of the screw, maintenance-free. The manure mixer is available in lengths from 3.5 to 6 metres.

The auger screw has a large capacity at a high head. The combination of volume and head creates a substantial flow in the cellar, allowing the manure to be mixed smoothly. The screw is very efficient, keeping power consumption down. The power consumption is 30 or 48 kW. Electrically driven versions with an 11, 15 or 18.5 kW electric motor are available.

Optionally, the PTO shaft-driven mixer can be fitted with a reversing box. This can provide an advantage for getting heavily demixed cellars mixed. The electro-powered mixers are also fitted with a PTO shaft connection, which, if necessary, allows the cellar to be mixed at a slightly higher speed and thus additional volume.

The manure mixer can be either stationary or supplied with a (tilting) three-point bucket behind the tractor.
