The XScrape chain is a sophisticated chain drive for manure removal. During development, great attention was paid to robustness, ease of cleaning and reducing maintenance. By removing the two plastic covers, the system is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning. Maintenance and cleaning can be carried out from the shop floor due to the reduced height of the drive unit.

Our chain drive is designed for a stroke length of up to 190 meters, when you choose chain/cable combination. The user-friendly drive unit features a unique sprocket, a specially designed chain, a maintenance-free chain tensioner and adjustable overload protection. With the chain drive, you have the option of cleaning the barn 24 hours a day.

To make operation even easier, the drive unit can optionally be fitted with a hydraulic automatic tensioner (Premium version), which keeps the chain at the correct tension.
