FLEXIBLE FEEDING. NATURALLY ORGANISED.
Without the restricted feeling of a headlock
PosiFlex is a new welfare-focused feed fence that combines the freedom of a feed rail with the organisation of individual feeding places. The flexible feed posts move with the cow, reducing pressure and rubbing while allowing natural head movement during feeding. The open-top design gives cows comfortable access to feed without the restricted feeling of a traditional headlock.
MORE STRUCTURE, LESS PUSHING AND COMPETITION
By creating a defined feeding place for every cow, PosiFlex brings more structure to the feed face and helps reduce pushing and competition. Cows have their own space to eat while retaining the freedom to reach, lift and move their head naturally. The flexible construction also avoids the sharp metal-to-metal contact associated with rigid steel systems, contributing to a quieter feeding environment.and durability.
COMFORT FOR THE COW. FLEXIBILITY FOR THE BARN.
PosiFlex is designed for both new barns and retrofit projects. Standard module lengths can be used in open-span barns, while cut-to-fit profiles make it possible to install the system between existing posts during renovation. The modular design is suitable for different barn structures, including concrete walls, timber posts and steel columns.

SMART BARN DESIGN
 | By designing the barn together with you based on your specific farm management, we create an environment where labour, cow routing, feeding comfort and ventilation are perfectly aligned. Solutions such as our PosiFlex feed fence support natural feeding behaviour, improve cow comfort and create a calmer, more organised feed face. To achieve a high production level, control over the barn design in every phase is essential, from concept and design to climate control and manure management. |
