ELEVATEGATE SERIES OVERVIEW
The ElevateGate series provides smooth, dependable cow routing using a synchronised, closed-loop chain system enclosed at animal height. Both the Power and Manual models use preassembled posts and offer two installation heights:
- 2.1 m under-gate clearance (3.0 m installation height)
- 3.0 m under-gate clearance (4.0 m installation height)
A wide range of mounting options ensures fast and secure installation in both new and existing barns.
ELEVATEGATE POWER
ElevateGate Power delivers smooth, automated lifting using a durable counterweight-and-chain system. With an enclosed chain at animal height, an end-mounted motor, standard push-button controls and two height variants, it provides clean, safe and dependable routing helping you elevate your herd.
- Closed-loop chain inside both posts, synchronised by a central axis, delivers smooth, balanced and imperturbable motion during every lift cycle.
- Enclosed chain at animal height protects moving parts from dirt and contact, reducing wear and improving long-term reliability.
- Motor holding torque keeps the gate securely in position without a mechanical locking system.
- Durable construction and stable uprights ensure trusted performance in feed alleys, walking lanes and high-traffic selection areas.
- Standard up/down button box included; remote optional for added convenience where required.
- Two under-gate height variants, 2.1 m (3.0 m installation height) or 3.0 m (4.0 m installation height), fit a wide range of barn layouts.

ElevateGate offers a wide range of mounting options suitable for new builds and refurbishment projects, including:

⚠ Please note: 2 mounting sets are required per gate (1 per stander).
DELIVERY TIMING
Expected delivery time for ElevateGate orders is currently 2nd week of March. We aimed to have stock available at release. However, due to exceptional sales performance in January, production of stock fell behind planned levels. Thank you for your understanding, we are working closely with production to stabilise lead times as quickly as possible.
