Did You Know This Handy Trick for Your DG-321?
The Royal de Boer DG-321 Controller can be accessed remotely, from any location, on any device. Smart? Absolutely! It gives you full control over your manure management system, wherever you are.
Thanks to port forwarding, users and dealers can view, manage, and support the system from outside the local network. This means you no longer have to be on-site to check or adjust settings.
- No new hardware or software needed
- Works on all existing DG-321 units
- Just connect to the local network (via Ethernet or stable Wi-Fi) and make sure there’s internet access
We’ve noticed an increasing demand for remote access and connectivity. That’s why we’re now actively supporting this feature, helping users set it up and get the most out of it.
✔️ Key Benefits
For End Users:
- Remote Operation & Monitoring: Control and check your DG-321 from your phone, laptop, or PC, no matter where you are.
- Faster Support: Get remote assistance from your dealer or Royal de Boer, saving time and reducing service visits.
For Dealers:
- Remote Troubleshooting: Support customers without needing to be on-site.
- Proactive Monitoring: Keep track of system data (e.g. working hours) to plan service ahead.
- Quicker Diagnostics: Handle warranty cases more efficiently — no need for manual data exchange.
While port forwarding is secure by design:
- Access should only be shared with trusted third parties (e.g. dealers).
- We strongly recommend setting a password in the DG-321 system settings to prevent misuse.
- Disclaimer: Royal de Boer is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect remote use, system misconfiguration, or unauthorized access (e.g. hacking).
