DG-321 Software Update

DG-321 Software Update for Enhanced Durability and Reliability

At Royal de Boer, we continuously improve our systems. The latest software update for the DG-321 is a great example of this commitment.

What’s New
The update is especially beneficial for chain-driven systems (XScrape Chain). With new detection logic, the DG-321 automatically shortens the stroke duration when manure scrapers hit a corner wheel too early. This helps reduce unnecessary strain on the motor and gearbox, contributing to a longer system lifespan.

Key Improvements

  • When using an encoder (XScrape Chain): automatic shortening of stroke duration upon repeated early corner wheel detection

  • Manual calibration possible via the start button on the control box (press and hold for 3 seconds)

Compatibility
The new software is compatible with all existing DG-321 systems. The DG-321 has proven itself as a reliable system over many years. For chain-driven installations (XScrape Chain), this update ensures the scraper blades automatically operate for a shorter time if they frequently contact the corner wheel too early – often caused by a slightly worn or stretched chain. This smart adjustment reduces motor and gearbox load, extending system life.

The great thing is: the update is quick and easy for users to perform themselves, without complicated steps. We advise informing your customers about this update so they can benefit from improved durability and reliability of their manure removal system.
