Akwatopsoft waterbed
The Akwatopsoft waterbed, combines the benefits of a cow mattress with the features of a traditional waterbed. The combination of the polyurethane mattress and the rubber waterbed offers the cows 75mm of comfort and combines the advantages of both products. The matress offers comfort when getting up or lying down, the waterbed offers maximum support when lying. The Akwatopsoft mattress offers maximum grip, comfort, hygiene and durability and is unrivalled when it comes to cow comfort and performance.
Durasoft cow mattress
The Durasoft cow mattress is made of a reinforced rubber top cover delivered on a roll, with a 40mm polyurethane mattress below it. The top cover has a thickness of 3.2 mm and is reinforced. In the years of practical experience of Royal de Boer, this mattress has proven itself a highly durable product that is wear resistant and does not leak. The fine, silky structure at the top of the cow mattress adequately retains the litter. Moreover, this cow mattress is easy to clean. The cow mattress is secured with strips on all sides to prevent manure and milk remains from accumulating below the mat.
The polyurethane cow mattress has a density of 180kg/m³ and is packed in foil during placement to prevent it from soaking up moisture from the floor. The cow mattress has been DLG tested and is highly flexible. In case of point load, the mattress yields by almost 27 mm. During the endurance test, it turned out that there was barely any permanent deformation.
The default bed length of the mattress is 180 cm.

Gummystuds studded mat on roll
The Gummystuds Studded Mat is a full-fledged rubber cow mat in roll form. The bottom of the mat has rubber studs to provide additional flexibility and grip. In order to achieve a proper balance between flexibility and support, the studs vary in diameter. The mat has a hammer-top profile, which offers a good compromise between litter retention and ease of cleaning. The front and back of the cow mat slope downward to allow moisture to run off more easily.
This cow mat is available in 3 thickness varieties: 20, 25 and 33 mm. The 20mm variety is available in various widths for application in cubicles for young cattle. The 25 and 33mm varieties are geared more towards adolescent and adult cattle.
The cow mat is delivered on a single roll of the selected size. Because the product is seamless, litter accumulation below the mat is avoided.
All mats have been DLG tested. They excel in the areas of wear resistance and durability. The studs offer extra flexibility, up to 16.2 mm for the 33mm variety. This means this rubber mat is significantly more comfortable than a standard rubber mat without studs.
